Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring that all electrical and mechanical works are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, relevant codes, and quality standards. The role will also oversee the plumbing and fire protection works, as needed.

What you'll be doing

• Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians, mechanics, technicians, and subcontractors involved in electromechanical installations.
• Ensure that all electromechanical works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Coordinate with other disciplines (civil, structural, architectural) to ensure seamless integration of electromechanical systems.
• Lead regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety regulations.
• Resolve any technical issues or conflicts that may arise on-site related to electromechanical works.
