Responsible for the following:

• Oversee project implementation and construction activities in accordance with approved plans, designs, specifications, and applicable local laws and regulations.
• Ensure proper execution of construction works by supervising site personnel to maintain efficiency, quality, and compliance with standards.
• Provide technical expertise and address on-site concerns, issues, and construction-related problems in a timely manner.
• Take charge of project testing and commissioning to ensure systems function as designed and meet project requirements.
• Prepare and manage the overall project schedule, including detailed monthly schedules for each construction team.
