Mercer Employee Benefits Consulting Co-Op - Toronto - Fall 2026

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) team at Mercer. This role will be based in Toronto for the Fall 2026 term. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As an Employee Benefits Co-Op in the MMB practice, you will work with a broad range of clients and industries in a stimulating environment, participating as an integral member of project teams to design benefits programs that support clients’ success.
