Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) team at Mercer who will report to the Mercer Commercial Leader for Hong Kong as well as MMB Leader for Hong Kong and Macau.This role will be based in Hong Kong.This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
(1) Leadership & People Management:
Lead and take ownership of recruitment, coaching, and development the Hong Kong MMB sales team
Overall responsibility for new business revenue targets for MMB Hong Kong with collaboration with Mercer Commercial Leader and MMB Leader Hong Kong and Macau as required.
(2) Business Development:
Deliver and exceed annual new business targets applicable to MMB in Hong Kong
Personally lead pursuit of strategic, high-value prospects while overseeing the full team pipeline.
