Merchandise Operations Specialist, Lifestyle Products

JOB TITLE: Product Merchandiser-Home & Lifestyle

POSITION’S OBJECTIVE: (Brief on position’s objective) This role will primarily focus on driving follow ups, coordination, and tracking across multiple categories to ensure smooth and timely product development and sourcing.

The role requires working closely with design, sourcing, and vendor teams to manage large SKU volumes and support execution across Soft Home and Hardgoods.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Development Coordination & Follow ups
- Soft Home (bedding, table linen, upholstery, curtains, floor coverings) and Hardgoods (tableware, décor, gifting)
- Drive regular follow ups with vendors on sampling, corrections, and timelines
- Ensure samples are received, reviewed, and updated as per feedback
