**The Team**

**Within our Omni Planning & Allocation team, the mission is to drive commercial performance through strong financial planning, demand forecasting, and smart allocation & replenishment across all channels and categories. The team sets the strategic guardrails for promotions and markdown decisions, ensuring margin and profitability are maximized.**

**As the backbone of the department, the team works closely with Buying & Merchandising, DTC Channels (eCom, Full Price, Outlet), Regional Hubs, and Finance to ensure all inventory and product decisions are aligned with company-wide planning strategies.**
