Sales Planning & Product Segmentation
- Sales Plan Breakdown: Assist in breaking down the annual and seasonal sales plan into gender category and subcategory to ensure a clear and strategic approach to product distribution.
- Assortment Planning: Align product assortment with customer needs and business objectives ensuring a balanced mix of performance lifestyle and essential products.
- Inventory & Stock Monitoring: Track available stock and incoming shipments to ensure proper allocation and avoid overstock or stockouts.
- Product Catalogue Management: Organize and maintain an uptodate product catalogue ensuring all necessary product details images cost breakdown and specifications are available.
- Tailored Catalogues for Customers: Customize catalogues based on customer requests ensuring a personalized and targeted product selection is presented.
