Merchandise Return Associate

REEDS Jewelers is currently seeking a team oriented Merchandise Return Associate for our corporate office in Wilmington, NC. The Merchandise Return Associate is responsible for receiving, categorizing, processing and the distribution of customer/store damaged, trade-in and break-out merchandise to ensure the highest level of service exceeding customer expectations.

Primary Responsibilities:

+ Exemplify the REEDS’ Mission and Core Business Values.

+ Respond to store inquiries regarding merchandise returns.

+ Researches and identifies untagged merchandise.

+ Creates transfer documents to distribute merchandise to and from the corporate office and store locations.

+ Responsible for the review and analysis of all non-plu trade-ins and break-out merchandise.

+ Responsible for following security policies to ensure merchandise is protected.
