Merchandise Specialist

Job Responsibilities
Responsible in ensuring the right amount of merchandise mix in stores always from the moment of product launching and before selling out, with the goal of achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
Develop and execute merchandising/sales/production strategies along with initiative to revise plans accordingly to actual sales situation and adjust production by SKU.
To minimize Out of Stock SKU by percentage through thorough review and forecasting each item and its SKU's sales.
As a team, target to maximize sales and profit, minimize year-end inventory, and eliminate SKU out of stock.
Job Requirements
Education Background Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Mass Communication or any others related field
Strong proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English (written & verbal) Key Requirements
