Merchandiser

Job Responsibilities :

Inventory

- Develop and maintain Open To Buy (OTB) Plan.

- Control stock holding at certain month and percentage.

- Take charge of inventory forecast for basic SKUs and promotional SKUs.

- Monitor weekly and monthly sales and stock forecast to ensure the optimum stock level is maintained.

- Liaise with logistics/ 4PL department on shipping schedule and monitor and track arrival of goods shipment.

- To implement corrective measures for slow moving merchandise.

- Identify and maximize sales of fast selling items by taking corrective actions.

- Monitor and implement effective inventory control.

- Aging & stock turn

- Take charge of stock allocation.

- Responsible to work on inventory turnover ratio report

- Responsible to monitor left over promo stocks/nearly expired stocks and initiate clearance plan.

- Identify problems and propose improvement plan.
