Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct daily visits to assigned retail outlets and various other locations as needed.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff at both the retailer and outlet levels.
• Work closely with store personnel to prevent out-of-stock situations.
• Understand and adapt to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows of each retailer/store.
• Coordinate with stores on promotional activities such as regular promotions, space buys, roadshows, sampling sessions, and festive events.
• Execute merchandising, display setups, and trade promotions in accordance with our merchandising standards.
• Replenish stock from cold rooms or back stores to shelves and freezers when necessary.
• Where possible, assist in improving planograms and securing optimal product facings for our brand.
