Merchandiser – Premium Apparel

Zero Waste Studio (ZWS) is a conscious apparel workshop in Karachi that produces premium garments for luxury brands like TRUE TRIBE and Pour Les Femmes. Our mission is to create durable garments without compromising ethics. We're looking for a Merchandiser to keep our production running smoothly and efficiently—from sourcing materials to shipping finished garments.
What You'll Do:
Manage inventory and materials: maintain up‑to‑date fabric and accessory records, calculate material requirements and issue supplies to production teams.
Source and procure responsibly: identify fabrics, trims and accessories aligned with design briefs; negotiate fair pricing and place orders with local and international suppliers.
Coordinate sampling and production: prepare order confirmations, arrange lab dips and sample approvals, track production schedules and flag potential delays to management.
