Merchandiser & Product Development Senior Executive (Teban Garden)

Job Purpose The role is responsible for the development and delivery of noncoin collectible and lifestyle products, supporting the organisation's product portfolio growth and commercial objectives. Working closely with programme management, marketing, design, procurement, and sales teams, the role manages product development from concept ideation to market launch, ensuring products are commercially viable, delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand and market requirements. Key Roles & Responsibilities Product Development (EndtoEnd) Develop and manage noncoin product initiatives (e.g. collectibles, lifestyle products, premium merchandise) from concept to launch. Translate ideas and themes into feasible product concepts, specifications, timelines, and cost structures. Coordinate product development activities including prototyping, sourcing, sampling, and production readiness.
