**POSITION SUMMARY:**

This role is a key component of our young talent programs, designed to cultivate and development, strengthen brand merchandising & buying capability to support business growth. Assist in building brand merchandising/buying strategy, facilitate the process of creating hero product/best sellers to drive the categories offence. “Win with the best product” Support buying process and product in-store implementation.

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:**

+ Continually manage and optimize online product buying from season to season to drive inventory productivity and sales, input with strategical thinking to enhance merchandising performing, stay on trend and explore business opportunities for multiple online channels
