Job Summary:

The Merchandiser Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of merchandisers to ensure proper product display, stock availability, and compliance with company standards across assigned stores. The role ensures effective execution of merchandising plans to drive sales and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, monitor, and guide merchandisers in assigned areas
• Ensure proper product display, planogram compliance, and visibility
• Monitor inventory levels and prevent out-of-stock situations
• Conduct regular store visits and performance evaluations
• Coordinate with store managers and sales teams
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Resolve field issues and handle disciplinary concerns when needed
• Train and orient new merchandisers
