Key Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, debone, and prepare various types of meat (beef, pork, poultry, lamb, etc.)
• Grind meat and prepare specialty cuts according to customer requests
• Inspect meat for quality, freshness, and proper storage conditions
• Maintain clean and sanitary work areas in compliance with food safety regulations
• Operate meat processing equipment safely (saws, grinders, slicers)
