Merchandising and Promo Activation Manager

The Merchandising and Activation Manager will report directly to the National Trade Marketing Manager, with (1) one direct report under TPA (contractual) to help manage Merchandising (Manpower and Collaterals), Promo, and Activation claims. He/She will closely work and support Sales team for cascade and execution of plans, collaborate with Marketing team on collateral development, deployment, and BTL activations, Finance for Budget, ROI, and Efficiencies, SOPG for OSA, MSL and other merchandiser related reports and execution, Legal and HR for Merchandising Operations and Labor technicalities.

He/She will manage and lead third-party agencies handling Merchandising manpower team consisting of Operations Manager, Field Supervisors and Merchandisers Headcount), and Activation Agencies with minimum quarterly Business Review Updates and monthly merchandiser assemblies.
