Merchandising and Promo Activations Manager

The focus of this position is to support the overall objectives of PVM Sales and Marketing Group by developing and executing sound and effective merchandising programs and promo activations that will translate to purchase and effectively, category growth for PVM brands.
About the Role
This role is accountable for the management of Third-Party Agency (TPA) Merchandiser Provider, recommending the optimum merchandising deployment in all directly covered doors.
Responsibilities
Planning and executing Merchandising, Visibility, Activations programs.
Designing and developing materials that would translate brand campaigns into in-store point of sale collaterals.
Managing and utilizing Trade Promo and Merchandising fund, allocating budget per channel and region.
Setting Return on Investment and Cost to Sales Ratio Standard in collaboration with Finance team.
