Merchandising Assistant

Provide support to Merchandising team, on a specific product range with the responsibility of updating all databases containing product & supplier information about the whole assortment and ensuring an efficient administrative flow, with sourcing capabilities.

• Produce the Product Bible for the annual catalogue within the timeline by coordinating product codes, additions and deletions, product amendment forms, alternatives and forecasts
• Maintain the SAP database - creation, modification and deletion of products and suppliers
• Manage the Supplier Database - contacts, addresses ISO registration, marketing contributions
• Manage supplier re‑chase tasks for product & supplier data, contributions
• Co‑ordinate supplier mailings - e.g. Product selection , Price and products memos
• Distribute Daily Reports and provide summary data in timely manner
