Merchandising Associate

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with field sales and cross-functional teams to implement below-the-line (BTL) trade marketing programs.
• Monitor and analyze sales-initiated programs to drive performance.
• Manage deployment and coordination of merchandisers and field staff.
• Ensure consistent and effective merchandising execution.

What We're Looking For:

• College graduate with at least 2 years of experience in retail or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
