- Work with factories on production planning

- Follow the TNA and tracking WIP with factories very closely

- Follow up all the bulk fabric and trims

- Building relationship with factories and suppliers to drive transparency in open communication

- Ability to identify production issues, implement protocol to prevent production issues and problem solving when production issues happened

- Work independently as liaison between Head office and factories to communicate clearly and precisely on production progressions.

- Coordinate internally and other departments in the office to follow through on orders

- Effectively breaks down functional work plan into detailed work activities, ensures the team is fully aware of their respective roles & responsibilities
