About the role

Everrise Departmental Store Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Merchandising Executive - FRESH division to join our dynamic team in Kuching, Sarawak. This role is responsible for managing product sourcing, supplier relationships and market insights across fresh food, while driving sales performance through e-commerce and cross-functional collaboration. It ensures product quality, availability and commercial competitiveness aligned with local market needs.

What you'll be doing

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of fresh produce, seafood, meats, bakery, and F&B products, including quality standards, seasonality, and regional consumer preferences.
• Provide market insights on Kuching, including consumer trends, local buying behaviors, and food preferences.
