Al Rugaib’s business idea centers around enhancing everyday living through thoughtfully curated home environments, focusing on accessibility, variety, and reliability. Tasks and responsibilities:

- Work with the designing team on the showroom’s layout, products selection and products visual presentation.

- Meet the target sales per square meter and set new targets quarterly for each category.

- Corresponding with the buyers to manage inventory and items availability.

- Ensure all products are strategically merchandised across the showrooms.

- Stay updated with trends and new ideas and experiences for future enhancements.
