Merchandising Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the Merchandising team and be responsible for the entire buying and merchandising function for retail and e-commerce.
• Provide analysis and trade reports as needed.
• Organize and manage the buying across all brands and channels.
• Using data provided by Sales and IT, produce in-season reports, forecasting, and formulate buying plans.
• Measure and monitor the performance of the merchandise on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Be in charge of the suggested allocation and distribution of stocks.
• Partner with the Retail teams to create and implement clear procedures and guidelines to ensure launches, sales, and other activities are executed seamlessly.
• Operate as a strategic business manager, overseeing the Merchandising team’s effectiveness and processes, teaching best practices.
• Conduct thorough performance monitoring and reporting in times of crises or issues.
