Job Description

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Merchandising, the role of Merchandising Manager is pivotal in leading and delivering the Merchandise strategy across the business. The role is critical in driving commercial outcomes whilst ensuring operational efficiency. 

Working collaboratively with other departments to deliver the Merchandising strategy aligned with the brand vision. You will be responsible for a key department such as Menswear, Womenswear, Outlets or Branch Merchandising whilst orchestrating the forward planning.

You Will

  • Create a merchandising strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives
  • Set the financial plan for each future season
  • Drive trade focus across the Merchandising teams and channel leads
  • Work with finance ensuring budget alignments
  • Manage OTB for multiple seasons, communicating risk and opportunities to exec level
