Job Description :

•Industry : Garment •Work with Customer on costing, ensure all costing for product is accurate and achieves the set profitability targets •Work with Customer on capacity reservation, work closely with the Planning Manager with regard to monitoring planning board and order confirmations •Manage customer relationships & customer Key Performance’s to achieve sales & Net Profit targets to meet Dept. objectives •Manage the merchandising team effectively to ensure fabric and components Estimate Time Arrival (ETA) are on time according to production schedule to meet garment deliveries •Review profitability of styles, product categories, and delivery performance, manufacturing capacity for seasons and carry out necessary actions immediately •Ensure follow-up charts are being done on a regular basis and make respective personnel informed on Letter of credit and cash requirements •Recruit suitable and competent staff and identify training needs that make bo...
