 Aufgaben 
Entwicklung, Pflege und Implementierung strategischer Planogramme für verschiedene Kanäle und Store-Formate
Weiterentwicklung von Planogramm-Standards und Merchandising-Prinzipien am POS
Analyse der Planogramm-Performance (KPIs) und Ableitung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen
Sicherstellung der korrekten Umsetzung im Markt inkl. Dokumentation von Learnings
Steuerung Planogramm bezogener SAP-Workflows und Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen
Weiterentwicklung unseres POS-Systems (Gondola, Merchandiser, Backwall) für maximale Markenwirkung
Definition von Merchandising-Prinzipien basierend auf Shopper-Insights Planogramm-Entwicklung
