Merchandising Supervisor

Q-Mark is looking for a driven and hands-on Merchandising Supervisor to lead and support our field merchandising team and ensure excellent in-store execution.

Job Responsibilities

Supervise and guide merchandisers across assigned stores

Ensure proper product display, planogram compliance, and visibility

Monitor stock levels, out-of-stocks, and replenishment needs

Conduct regular store visits and merchandising audits

Coordinate with store personnel and internal teams

Train, coach, and evaluate merchandiser performance

Prepare and submit merchandising reports

Support promotions and sales initiatives

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

At least 2–3 years merchandising or retail experience

With supervisory or leadership experience

Knowledgeable in visual merchandising and inventory control
