Merchant Acquirer

Core Function

• Responsible for establishing and managing the merchant acquirer business in an assigned area.
• Will develop and monitor the business contribution of handled merchants.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Acquiring various offline/online merchants includes reaching out to them, understanding their needs, and finding a place for them in our industry where we can have win-win situations among merchants, customers, and the company.
• Identifying and evaluating the most effective merchant acquirer approach and turn them into long term partnership.
• Developing and maintaining the merchant acquirer target list.
• Communicating with merchants to build a strong relationship.
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming at customer contentment and the preservation of the company's reputation.
