Merchant Boarding Associate

As an Account Services Associate you will work directly with our stakeholders and help advance the way they pay, bank and invest. This will involve processing support for back‑office tasks that help Worldpay maintain an excellent working relationship with every client.

• Provide optimal service to Worldpay’s ecommerce merchants worldwide.
• Amend and maintain configurations for active customers across Worldpay platforms.
• Provide 1st line support to internal stakeholders.
• Consult with commercial and implementation teams on the amendments process.
• Ensure compliance throughout the setup process and meet regulatory requirements.
• Maintain shared documents and systems, prioritizing workflows.
• Other related duties as assigned.

• Tertiary education or equivalent.
• Experience in a data processing role (preferred, but not essential).
