About the Role
Merchant Warrior is seeking a Merchant Operations & Customer Support Specialist to support its growing payments and merchant services business. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in merchant-facing support, fintech, or payment gateway environments, who are comfortable handling both customer service and operational configuration work.
This is not a data-entry role. The position involves frontline merchant communication (calls and email) alongside merchant account configuration and operational support within internal payment systems.
