Merchant Operations

Duties: Coordinate merchant onboarding activities, including documentation review, account configuration, and onboarding support. Provide operational assistance and address basic merchant-related requests. Track onboarding milestones and monitor merchant activation progress. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates within internal systems. Adhere to operational procedures and compliance guidelines. Identify and escalate exceptions, issues, or delays to the appropriate stakeholders.
Requirements: Prior related working experience Min Diploma in Education Comfortable with rotating shifts once a month
