Key Responsibilities
Support merchant onboarding activities including documentation verification, account setup, and basic product training Handle daily operational tasks and respond to basic merchant inquiries in a timely manner Track merchant activation status and onboarding progress to ensure smooth implementation Ensure accurate data entry, record maintenance, and timely system updates Follow established SOPs and internal guidelines to maintain operational consistency and compliance Escalate operational issues, discrepancies, or delays to senior team members when necessary Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and operational support for merchants Requirements
Basic understanding of operations, customer service, or administrative processes Prior experience in operations, customer support, fintech, payments, or POS industry will be an advantage
