Summary

Plays a critical role in ensuring that partner merchants effectively utilize the ATM Go and QR Cash services provided by RCBC. Ensures that merchants are satisfied with the services, achieve their business goals, and maintain a long-term, productive relationship with the Agency Banking team. Create synergies between internal and external stakeholders that would ultimately deliver better customer experience across the bank’s various target segments.
