Merchant Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Analyze merchants’ payments-related issues, assist with disputes, and provide sustainable solutions;

  
  


• Collaborate with other internal teams such as compliance, fraud and risk, business development, account management, optimization, and integration for cascading and/or escalations of merchants’ payment-related concerns;


• Work closely with the development team and provide recommendations for back-end tools that improve customer service;


• Contribute to process improvement in merchant support by identifying sources of merchant issues, recognizing trends and sharing reports to the rest of the Paymentwall team.

Skills & Competencies Required:
