What does a Merger and Acquisition Analyst do?
Support development and maintenance of an M&A pipeline across VEON markets
Perform financial analysis and valuation to support investment cases and decision-making
Prepare executive-level materials and presentations for internal stakeholders
Build and maintain a knowledge bank of TMT, fintech, and digital comparable transactions and peer benchmarks
Coordinate and support cross-functional due diligence workstreams and external advisors
Assist in transaction execution, including preparation and review of key deal documentation
Support post-transaction tracking of key KPIs and performance versus deal rationale
