What does a Merger and Acquisition Analyst do?

• Support development and maintenance of an M&A pipeline across VEON markets.
• Perform financial analysis and valuation to support investment cases and decision-making.
• Prepare executive-level materials and presentations for internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a knowledge bank of TMT, fintech, and digital comparable transactions and peer benchmarks.
• Coordinate and support cross-functional due diligence workstreams and external advisors.
• Assist in transaction execution, including preparation and review of key deal documentation.
• Support post-transaction tracking of key KPIs and performance versus deal rationale.
