Mergers & Acquisitions Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a Mergers & Acquisition Analyst to join Konecranes’ Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build hands‑on M&A experience in a global industrial company.

You will work closely with experienced M&A professionals and senior leaders, supporting transactions and strategic investment decisions that shape the future of Konecranes.

Location

Konecranes is headquartered in Hyvinkää, Finland. This role is primarily based at our modern offices in Keilaranta, Espoo, where the team is located. We work in a hybrid model with around 50% of your working time spent on-site. Occasional travel is part of the role. Travel is limited in the beginning (approximately 10 days per year, depending on project needs) and may increase over time.
