Job Description

Linum Consult’s client is a major international company that works within the energy sector. They are currently seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions Manager to be based in their Doha office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Developing and refining the company’s M&A strategy in line with their overall business goals, identifying potential acquisition targets or merger partners that will deliver value and competitive advantage

Managing all stages of the M&A process, from initial screening of potential targets to transaction closing and post-merger integration

Facilitating communication between all stakeholders, target company leaders, and external advisors, ensuring alignment and addressing any concerns during the M&A process

Leading the preparation of reports on the progress of ongoing M&A activities

Coordinating with the Finance and Legal teams to execute M&A transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and th...
