Job Description

Linum Consult’s client is a major international company that works within the energy sector. They are currently seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions Senior Expert to be based in their Doha office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supporting the development and refinement the company’s M&A strategy in line with their overall business goals, and identifying potential acquisition targets or merger partners

Assisting with various stages of the M&A process, including initial screening of potential targets, transaction closing and post-merger integration

Conducting market research and industry analysis to identify trends and opportunities for potential M&A activities

Evaluating financial statements, business models, and market positioning of potential targets

Developing financial models and valuation analyses to assess the financial impact of potential acquisitions or mergers
