Own M&A workstreams end-to-end and carry responsibility for deal outcomes across qualification, underwriting, IC, close, and post-close value creation.

• Qualify inbound and intermediary-led opportunities against Emergence’s thesis on business model fit, vertical alignment, and financial profile.
