Our team helps our clients with various aspects of merger and acquisition transactions such as transaction structuring, tax due diligence, internal reorganizations, and post-acquisition integration. As part of our team, you’ll have opportunities to assist with assessing historical tax risks of potential targets, analyzing proposed transactions for unusual tax risks or undetermined tax benefits, advising clients on tax-efficient restructurings, and performing financial analysis / modeling to assess the tax consequences of sp...
