MES Business Analyst/PM/SM

We are currently seeking a MES Business Analyst/PM/SM to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

• Gather and translate MES business requirements into functional specifications.
• Coordinate with developers, QA, and plant operations teams.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (if acting as Scrum Master).
• Support MES system deployment, enhancements, and production issues.
• Document processes, user stories, and SOPs.

• Experience with MES platforms (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens, Wonderware, Camstar).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows: production, quality, scheduling, inventory.
• Experience as a BA, PM, or SM in MES/Manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
