Job Description

Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance and support to end users for all MES-related issues.
Ensure 24×7 operational support to enable uninterrupted global manufacturing operations.
Participate in on-call rotation to provide continuous coverage.
Respond to and resolve MES incidents and service requests received via email, remote support tools, and ITSM platforms, within defined SLAs.
Monitor and manage ServiceNow request queues, specifically under EA – Camstar.
