Main responsibilities:

+ ITSM (IT Service Management)

+ Work in partnership with Production leaders, IT Infrastructure and other IT areas to provision and run operational IT services for Production systems and platforms within the region in EU. This includes Shopfloor Monitoring & Management, MES Traceability systems and SCADA Controls systems

+ This position is focused on SCADA/MES around the installation of systems on Windows & Linux platforms, configuration of interfaces with ERP/PLC/OPC, TCP/IP, working with
