PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

Responsible for the delivery, payment and collection of finance transactions efficiently, on schedule and in a confidential manner.

The position coordinates and receive transaction with the Sales team assigned and Finance Team.  It provides reports and updates on delivery and collection schedules.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Report daily to Sales Team Leader & Accounting team and plan for efficient itinerary  or routes to set delivery and payment schedules on time
• Ensure bank deposits and bill payments such as utilities, business permits, etc. in a time efficient manner
• Ensure collection of payments from clients and other payers in a time efficient manner
• Determine destinations by referring to addresses on documents
• Ensure the highest degree of security of collection and delivery schedules
• Drive motorcycle/vehicle safely to the destinations
