Messenger (Active Therapy Clinic)

Job Summary:
The Messenger is responsible for timely delivery and collection of documents, payments, medical supplies, and other clinic-related items. This role supports the smooth daily operations of the Active Therapy clinic by ensuring important materials reach their destinations safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and pick up documents (referrals, medical records, permits) to and from partner clinics, doctors, suppliers, and offices
• Transport small medical supplies, equipment, or therapy materials as needed
• Process and deliver bank deposits, payments, or official receipts when required
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of all clinic documents
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and receipts
• Assist with light office or clinic errands when not on delivery tasks
• Follow clinic policies, safety rules, and schedules at all times
