About Us
We're a fast-growing European e-commerce company running two brands in the pet and home space. We sell in 12 countries across Europe, growing 2–3x year over year, and we're just getting started. The team is small (under 10 people), fully remote, and moves fast.
We have proven products, proven sales funnels, and a complete creative strategy already built out. Now we need someone to take all of that and turn it into high-performing Meta campaigns across multiple European markets.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for CREATING all ad content for Meta (static ads, video ads, AI creatives) and RUNNING new campaigns based on our proven strategies. You work directly with our CMO.
This is not a graphics person role where you make pretty images and never see results....
