We're looking for a systematic Meta Ads specialist who can build Meta ads that consistently hits ROAS targets and scales profitably.

This role is for a data-driven marketer who can own our entire Meta ads system—from scripting to scaling—and deliver measurable results.

You'll receive clear targets (ROAS, budget, CPA) and build a system that delivers these metrics consistently through systematic testing and optimisation.

We want to hire a strategist who can:

• run full-funnel Meta ads (prospecting + re-engagement + retargeting)
• consistently hit ROAS, CPA, spend, and scale targets

You will manage:

• scripting
• concepting ideas

• production workflows
• performance scaling
