The Role

We need someone who understands that social media is about more than just posting—it's about building trust and driving results. You will be responsible for managing our Meta Ads and maintaining our brand voice across Instagram and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation:
  Setting up and optimizing Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) to drive student inquiries.
• Content Management:
  Creating and scheduling engaging posts for our Instagram and LinkedIn pages.
• Reporting:
  Tracking ad performance and adjusting strategies to meet monthly lead targets.

Requirements

• Experience:
  1–2 years in Meta Ads management and Social Media handling.
• Skillset:
  Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Graphic Designing Tools (or basic design tools), and LinkedIn/Instagram algorithms.
• Mindset:
  A strategic thinker who understands the study abroad market and student psychology.
